Brunch Menu 
every 2nd Sunday of the month (this menu is strictly an example, we update it monthly with seasonal offerings

THE 1923:

This classic is a two eggs any style, bacon, sausage, sourdough toast and your choice of fruit bowl or our home-made hash.

​

CHICKEN AND WAFFLES:

A buttermilk sriracha fried chicken breast over a homemade savory waffle with bourbon bacon syrup and chives

 

THE FOSTER:

Three thick slices of brioche topped with fresh bananas, cinnamon butter, mascarpone whip and a foster sauce served with a side of bourbon bacon maple syrup

F. SCOTT FITZGERALD:

Grilled coffee and cayenne-rubbed hangar steak with two over-easy eggs on a bed of hash and topped with chimichurri sauce

​

CHURCHILL:

A homemade cheddar and chive biscuit with sausage, egg and your choice of sausage gravy or hollandaise

​

 

CAPONE:

House-ground beef patty with caramelized onion aioli, cheddar cheese, pepper bacon and an over-easy egg. Served with fries and spicy ketchup

​

ROOSEVELT:

Buttermilk sriracha fried chicken sandwiched between a homemade cheddar chive biscuit smothered in sausage gravy

JOAN CRAWFORD:

An elegant exotic mushroom omelet with spinach and goat cheese. Topped with a tomato jam and served with your choice of fruit bowl or house-made hash 

 

GRAND HOTEL:

Romaine, spinach, arugula mix, fresh strawberries, sunflower seeds, shaved red onion with orange balsamic vinaigrette
